Arc Homes is the trading name of Arc Developments South West Limited ('ADSW') and is a private company limited by guarantee. The sole member of ADSW is Knightstone Housing Association Limited. Knightstone Housing Association is a subsidiary of Arcadia Housing Limited.
The operational and strategic management of ADSW is undertaken by its board of directors. ADSW doesn't employ any staff, instead it purchases back office services from Knightstone via an intra-group agreement.
Arc Homes compliments the development activities of Knightstone Housing Association who develop affordable housing within the Arcadia Housing Group.
Our principal activities are:
- Providing new homes for sale
- Developing market rented schemes
- Undertaking mixed development schemes with a commercial element.
Arc Homes gives the Group a cutting edge and greater flexibility to:
- Purchase sites on the open market
- Work in partnership with private developers to share risks on larger sites
- Offer the widest range of housing and regeneration solutions while income generated by its activities is recycled to fund social housing developments.
